The Bronx teenager who played “Fuck Tha Police” during a funeral for the assassinated New York officer was thrown out of his apartment this week.
Danny Morales, the building’s superintendent, has told the resident who was housing Julien Rodriguez and his older sister to kick them out of the apartment, the New York Post reported.
Morales told the New York Post that he has called him and told him that he needs to take care of this right away. “I told him it’s disrespectful and they cannot be doing this. The police lost a family member. We all need to be together and respect that.”
Rodriguez played the NWA song from the apartment’s window on the third floor during the funeral service for the assassinated New York Police Department (NYPD) Officer Miosotis Familia. Familia, a mother of three, was shot in the head while sitting in her car on July 5 by a man who had anti-police sentiments.
Rodriguez blasted the song out of revenge for his brother as well as his best friend who was reportedly shot by police officers, an information that is now confirmed. The tenant who was housing Rodriguez and his older sister told the media that he was not responsible for the actions of Rodriguez.
He said that he told them to leave the apartment and that after they did that he no longer knows where they are.
The nephew of Morales was an NYPD officer so he was also offended by Rodriguez’s actions.
“I would not want to see him lying in a box also. We need to respect the police,” he said.
