Fox News Issues Statement After David Hogg Organizes Boycott on Ingraham — He Won’t Like It One Bit

In a statement, Fox News said it refused to abandon host Laura Ingraham as she lost sponsors over her tweet about Parkland survivor David Hogg.

“We cannot and will not allow voices to be censored by agenda-driven intimidation efforts,” Fox News president Jack Abernathy said, according to The Los Angeles Times on Monday.

“We look forward to having Laura Ingraham back hosting her program next Monday when she returns from spring vacation with her children,” he added.

The controversy started after Ingraham tweeted that it was “totally predictable” for Hogg to face rejection from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA):

Hogg responded by tweeting Ingraham’s advertisers for her show “Ingraham Angle”:

According to LAT, the show lost more than a dozen advertisers.

One person familiar with the matter, however, said the advertisers didn’t inflict any significant financial impact on the network because most simply transferred their ads to other Fox News programs.

After losing some advertisers, Ingraham apologized but Hogg didn’t accept:

“I will only accept your apology only if you denounce the way your network has treated my friends and I in this fight,” he said.

I am so sick of hearing about this dirty mouth. Would someone take him behind the gym and educate him?

This all started in the early 80’s when parents went to school and said, “my johnny did nothing wrong.” Now it is the teacher’s behavior that’s in question. Parents then started running School Superintendents out of town, and teacher salaries began to plummet. Parents w/o education education started running the schools. Discipline left the classroom. The learning environment evaporated. Now we got the children calling the shots. The inmates are running the asylum. We have lost all kinds of respect for teachers. In Japan they are the highest paid. So if an uneducated kid can have the power to intimidate the media and the sponsors get involved by withholding their money-we are all in trouble. BTW, I do pay attention to dumb sponsors that use this as a bulling tactic.

A boycott has already started from the customers of the Companies who took their advertising off Laura’s show.We will no longer buy any of these products. And as for David, he only acts like a child he is less than a year from being a legal man.Only I think of him more as a cry baby child than a man. I guess the schools realized that he is still a spoiled child and not a man.
