Just In: Dolly Parton Wards Off A BLM Activist Effort To Trash The ‘Dixie Stampede’

There is not a single person that loves America the BLM didn’t boycott. Well, except for country legend Dolly Parton, but they got her good this time around as well.

Namely, BLM activist called Aisha Harris, recently stated that Parton needs to be silenced, since she belongs to the ‘old South.’ Harris even went so low as to say that Parton was ‘too American’ for her taste, and thus must be taught a lesson.

As a contributor for Slate Magazine, Harris recently released an article, saying “At Dolly Parton’s Civil War–themed dinner theater, audiences root for the North or the South. I saw it twice, because you gotta see both sides.”

Although Harris was hoping to see a bunch of rednecks sitting at the Dinner event, she was thoroughly disappointed, spotting various African-American entities present at the celebration.

Instead of biting her tongue, she went on criticizing the placards to the restrooms, which remained the only detail she could complain about.

Recognizing that I now had to do it all again from the perspective of “the South,” I briefly contemplated dashing to a nearby liquor store to procure some shooters to sneak in—but I soon realized I didn’t have time before the next show began. I did at least have time to run to the bathroom—a necessity after three and a half hours of sucking down lemonade by the bootful, she said.

Dolly responded in a rightful manner, organizing her well-known Dixie Parade:

She also noted, “We are all Americans,” which probably pushed Harris over the edge.

But she wouldn’t cave in, and actually commented, “Dolly Parton is right about one thing: Dixie Stampede is as American as America gets.”

Oh, I’m sorry, does America offend you? The country where you work, earn, enjoy benefits, and lead a decent life?

Well, we’re sorry to tell you, Harris, but Parton is as American as she gets, meaning she is as patriotic as she gets, which not as much we can say about you.

It has become a problem to feel American or love your country no matter what. And mind this, the remarks are not by your everyday babbler- they come from a well-educated person that clearly has her priorities all mixed up.

So weary of all of this. It appears that black Americans are the most racist among us. They are the ones that keep picking at the scab and opening the wound. Yes, what happened in the past was wrong, but we have moved on & so much has been done to right the wrong, and heal the wounds. What is it that these who march and protest want? I would like to know exactly what it is that would exonerate those born white from blame? I am of the older generation, and I know that I did not take part in any of the discrimination. Our schools were integrated and it did not matter to any of us. We were all students of the same school and we celebrated black accomplishments as well as those made by whites. I live in a mixed neighborhood. So what? We are all human beings, God’s creation. How many of those who march on Saturday & carry signs of hate, go to church on Sunday and feel good about themselves? How many of us are there that are just baffled by all of this tension and madness taking place in our streets?

I have always tried to not be prejudice, but the more I hear and read, about the blacks complaining about the whites, and the Black Lives Matter group disrupting our rights of assembly, and political rallies, the more that I am becoming very prejudice. The black Americans should thank their God, that the blacks were brought her from Africa, and made slaves, and later freed by the whites. If that had not happened, they would not now be here in America, where they have all the opportunities of a good life, and success. If not for that event, they would all still be back in Africa. They should be thankful that their forefathers were brought to this Country, and not trying to keep reminding everyone about the blacks lot in the deep South a hundred years ago. I’m pretty fed up with their attacks on us whites.

This is nothing but lies. Her name is not even Aiesha Harris. There is no one by that name who started BLM.

If she thinks that Dolly is to American Harris needs to move to another country. She is not welcomed in The USA

Dolly Parton is as American as you can get. She was born into a poor family in the mountains and yet, they progressed by hard work and no hand outs were given to them. She has gone beyond in her efforts to provide employment and learning to everyone. She has always been a giver and she has always made fun of herself, but she has always tried hard and never made fun of anyone but herself. So,all I can say to this Liberal idiot is if you don’t like it, don’t know and go ahead and leave America as well. We don’t need you here.
